We arrived late and had a bit of trouble getting someone to answer the door, but once we were let in, the staff were very apologetic and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great bed. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The location of this guest house is perfect, with easy access to the airport by tram and within walking distance of most of the attractions. It is also close to Waverley train station and other areas such as Leith. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with towels and shampoo provided. The staff are efficient and polite, making for a pleasant stay. there is a good selection of shops and bars within a 2-minute walk.
The decor of the guest house may not be to everyone's taste.

I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The hotel facilities were fantastic, with anice and neat room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, close to the city centre and within walking distance of many eateries.

I recently had a great stay at a guest house near the town centre. The location was fantastic, with interesting restaurants and shops just a short walk away. It was also convenient to have bus stops nearby for easy transportation. The staff provided excellent service, and the rooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds. I especially appreciated having a private bathroom and the inclusion of breakfast in the price.
